Breuner Building

In previous years, McNely completed a major gutting of this 1930 structure and completed major structural upgrades.  All tenant improvements were completed by McNely through the years for the Donald L. Jones Development Company.  More recently, additional seismic structural strengthening was completed along the building’s exterior and within the emergency exit stairwells.
