St. Pauls Episcopal

Repairs and renovation to this 1912 Oakland city landmark from damage sustained in the Loma Prieta Earthquake.  Project included new structural steel frames, parapet bracing, roof diaphragm strengthening, new concrete shear walls, masonry renovation, upgrades to electrical systems, accessibility upgrades, rework of finish carpentry around organ pipes and choir loft, restoration of wall and floor finishes.
