2101 Williams Street

Renovations to this vacated 200,000 SF manufacturing plant.  The facility was converted to a multiple tenant facility.  Modifications included gutting or old manufacturing equipment and selective removal of interior and exterior wall and ceiling structures.  The building was subdivided as leases were completed.  Exterior upgrades focused on re-roofing, new tenant entryways highlighted, ADA accessibility upgrades, loading dock renovations, landscaping and hardscape improvements.  Interior improvements for multiple tenants included first class office space and warehouse space for pet food supply and office furniture manufacturer, large electrical and sanitary sewer reconfigurations for food processing, mobile spray equipment, and marble and granite manufacturers.  Individual tenant spaces range in size from 10,000 SF to 50,000 SF.
