Exterior elements include metal canopies, aluminum storefront, ceramic tile wainscoating and plant-on foam accents. Class A office space houses multiple tenants including McNely Construction Company. Property owners took advantage of the economy provided by the a pre-engineered metal building but added elements to achieve the look of a conventionally constructed building.
