First Unitarian Church

Seismic and structural upgrades to this 1896 structure listed on the National Historic Register.  Upgrades to roof structure, added shear strengthening to existing interior walls, masonry upgrades with fiber reinforced fabric, anchoring or brick and stone facades.  Interior restoration of plaster, new painting and floor coverings, renovations to mechanical and electrical systems, ADA upgrades completed.
