Cottonmill

McNely has completed many tenant improvements in the Oakland Cottonmill structure.  Highlighted here is a space on the 2nd floor.  In order to make clear floor area for a sail maker, interior columns were removed and the roof is carried by perimeter columns and rods connected back to middle columns that were cut.  The interiors of this structure include many exposed columns and beams and great daylight space.
