The Athenian School

Construction of a new multi-purpose building.  Building includes new gymnasium for elementary and middle school grades, conference/seminar space and classrooms for instrumental and choral instruction.  Building features high efficiency electrical and mechanical systems, solar roof panels, high fly-ash containing concrete, low-emitting materials for wood panels, carpet, paint and adhesives, strategically placed windows for maximum daylighting, waterless urinals and automatic faucets to meet LEED requirements desired by the school.  Other features include maple wall paneling and flooring in the gym and stained/sealed concrete floors throughout.
