Mill Valley City Hall

Seismic and structural upgrades to Mill Valley City Hall and Mill Valley Fire Department.  Removal and reinstallation of clay tile roofing to accommodate for increased roof shear, installation of new concrete bond beam across the Fire Department apparatus room ceiling, seismic ties throughout.  McNely’s efforts allowed for minimal disruption to ongoing operations to occupants.  Mill Valley’s Mayor and City Council awarded McNely Construction Company with a special recognition for their outstanding performance.
