St. Jarlath Catholic Church

Seismic retrofit and ADA upgrades to this historic Oakland Church.  Project included roof strengthening, structural steel reinforcement at beams, roof to wall ties at the organ loft, main sanctuary, sacristy and chapel. Re-roofing and new drainage systems were also completed at this time.  Work began in September, and scaffolding was removed in time for Christmas services.
