St. Mary’s Episcopal Church

This early 20th century structure was built with 2-wall hollow clay tile masonry.  The interior wall is exposed to the church.  The shell was encapsulated with a custom epoxy dowel/epoxy plate and a rebar cage system with a rust inhibitor/high strength adhesive coating.  New shotcrete exterior was applied to match all the original buttress and column elements.  Project also included upgrading electrical and lighting systems, ADA and interior finishes.
